• Fully detailed final report addressing all important issues such as subrogation/salvage Legal documents (fire, police reports, etc.)
• Property Inspection Agreement
• Complete diagram of dwelling with all damages labeled
• Photos and descriptions of all damages (no limit)
• Detailed line item estimate showing quantities, prices, and depreciation per item
• Recorded statements on all possible denials, large fire losses, mold, and theft
• Personal Property Inventory Sheets (when applicable)
• Contractors Estimates (when applicable)
